The location is convenient and the service was great! The only issue I've runt into so far is every time I've gone to store things in my unit there is no carts to help move my items which is kind of a hassle. But not sure what to do about that as they said some people take them and leave them in their unit.

Just wish the office was open earlier- we were there at 8am to start and the office doesn't open till 10. After driving 2 full days and wanting to offload the truck and return it (and wanting to start early because it's July in SC) ﾃｰﾅｸﾅ椎ｾ, it was disappointing that we had to wait till mid morning to even get started.

If the first month had not been free, and the time it would take to move out immediately after moving in would have been a luxury I could afford, I wouldn't have stayed. I made sure that I was paid the additional fee for 24 hr access when I stopped in the office to check-in on my move-in day. She gave me a receipt for the 24 hr access monthly fee. I was unable to access my unit when I came back after hours. Nor was I able to reach anyone with prime storage to resolve this issue. I had no choice but to contact the after hours emergency line. They said they would reach out to the facility mngr and have them contact me. I was moving in on a Saturday the office is not open on Sunday, but either way no one ever reached out to me to address the issue. The facility has easily over 300 units in a 3 story building and I never saw more than 2 or 3 carts that were never available. ZERO cell reception unless you are outside and no wifi! There is no bathroom in the storage facility. Then, the day after I paid my bill (an unfortunate circumstance that because of time constraints I was going to actually have to stay until the end of the month which was past my free month) and gave my move-out notice date, I had been there all night trying to locate important paperwork in my 10x20 unit (again i pay an additional fee to have 24 hour access) and the mngr comes all hostile to my unit when he gets there accusing me of sleeping in my unit and I was clearly not since I was standing at the front of my unit when he got there and he also said I had already been warned, no one at this facility has ever said a word to me ever! He then continues to scream at me as he walks away that they are terminating my lease! Bye Felicia! As if all that was not enough, upon moving my things to a new self storage facility I discovered that they also have roaches and I have had to get rid of those. I will never pass up a chance let people know what horribly over-priced disappointment your establishment is!

Im very very unhappy . Suppose to have 24 hr access. .i got in one time and that was it . Cant get in to the account or the unit. Having to pay for more days; on a moving van that isnt getting used. My time is running out . G

Overall not a bad place for storage. The management is great, very polite, and helpful. The storage site is in a safe environment and is close to anything you might need. The only thing that sux about this place is the roaches! Not sure about the other units, but the one we have has roaches, and a good amount of them. We have to unpack, unfold, and refold every piece of clothing and inspect every box to ensure that we don't transport them to our new place of residence.

GREAT CLEAN NEAT STORAGE FACILITY... The customer service was awesome Melody exceeds your expectations! The location is off the beaten path but tucked in a convenient location. The rates and specials are awesome enough that anyone can afford to give them a try. Please NOTE the promotions require you to pay the promo duration upfront. The call center is friendly but slightly causes confusion with communication to site location. Overall the pros exceed the cons and GM definitely sealed the deal for me. -more lights at nice for late movers -bigger trash bin... it's always full nice security! -you need wi-fi for business clients very important especially when you can't get service in the building

Very impressed with the overall facility, very clean,the layout of the area is easy to navigate, the inside of the facilities have excellent lighting, temperature inside is perfect, and the layout of each floor makes it easy to navigate. I would highly recommend Prime Storage.
